QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Necessary:

• Higher education (economics , finance);
• Experience of working in the retail business of the network of PUIB branches (priority) for at least 1 year
• PC user: Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook. em>
• Experience in RBS, BWM, Webbank, Sirius bank software

• Experience and skills in working with people, public speaking, high communication skills

Your ROLE:

• Develop and update training materials
• Adapt existing training programs and materials in accordance with training goals and characteristics of participants
• Conduct training activities in accordance with the approved program according to the schedule

• Organization of the process of continuous training of personnel, creation and effective functioning of a system of regular training of employees of the retail business vertical
• Organization of testing, attestation, monitoring and other types of analysis and control of the professional level of personnel.
