What experience and skills are required for this position?

— Work experience of 2 years or more in the position of Event Manager or related;

— Polish language: level B1

— Competent written and spoken Ukrainian language.

— Proactivity and responsibility, with the willingness to solve turnkey problems;

— Ability to work effectively in multitasking mode;

— Excellent organizational and communication skills;

— Ability to effectively manage at times;

Areas of responsibility:

— Organization of events of various formats: SKELAR external events, internal corporate online/offline events for employees, etc.

— Control of the entire process of event organization: logistics, deadlines, budgets and cooperation with suppliers, ensuring the timely completion of all tasks within the limits of the approved plan;" clubs.

—Gather post-event feedback and analyze metrics to continually improve the participant experience;

—Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define event goals, themes, and content;
