We are currently strengthening our IT Support team and are looking for + 1 Cloud Services Support to work with the cloud services used by the company.

Responsibilities:
Technical support:
700">Resource Management:
—Controlling the status of Atlassian enterprise services. Google Workspace, ESET, Slack. Administration and configuration.
— Interaction with technical support services.
— Creation and configuration of Atlassian work environments. Google Workspace, ESET, Slack.
—Registration, transfer and administration of domain names and hosting.
Interaction:
—Cooperation with L1 specialists and engineers to implement approved system updates and standards.
—Cooperation with specialists from other departments to inform about implemented changes in the operation of the infrastructure.
—Update of assets in services shared with other BU.
Accounting and payment of assets:
—Accounting and updating of assets in the database when securing and closing accounts.
Documenting processes and knowledge:
—Writing documentation and instructions for software and hardware.


What professional skills and experience are important to us for this position:
—Experience working at L2 or in a similar role in technical support from 2 years
—Skills for working with ServiceDesk systems, experience in user service
—Knowledge of services at the administrator level (Atlassian. Google Workspace, ESET, Slack)
—Ability to diagnose and eliminate technical malfunctions at the component and network level
—Ability to work with technical documentation in English
