We hold events of any format: online and offline events; team-buildings, corporate and social events; Roadshows, conferences, we make presentations and stands. We work mainly with IT and tech businesses, we involve modern technological trends and AI in our work. We implement projects for the largest Ukrainian and global companies.

Due to constant development, we are looking for an event manager. If you want to work with creative professionals and organize events around the world, then we are waiting for you.

Requirements:

• Actively work with clients: conduct negotiations and presentations, conduct business correspondence, work with event budgets and are ready to take responsibility responsibility.

• Able to work with project management systems (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.) and Google Workspace.

• Focused on results and love to be creative.

• You speak Ukrainian fluently and know English at level B1 and above.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the customer directly, drawing up a brief and reporting on each stage of the project.

• Create presentations, coordinate projects with the customer.
style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">Develop a project plan and monitor its implementation.

• Create budgets: budgeting, cost control and ensuring the completion of tasks within the allocated budget.

• Work with setting and monitoring tasks for contractors, coordinate all processes of event organization.

• Control the installation and dismantling of the project: decor, equipment, catering and other contractors.

• Receive feedback from the customer, draw up the final report and maintain further contact with the client.

• Go on interesting business trips and work directly on the sites.
