What should be done?

• Carry out calculations and draw up budgets for the construction or reconstruction of filling stations;
• draw up tender documentation with the determination of the scope of work and costs, analysis of offers, preparation of reasonable comments, comparison of offers;
• registration and verification of acts of completed works at the construction stage, verification of acts for specialized works;
• compile and verify contractual prices for gas station construction;
• accumulate, process and analyze data on budget execution and contractual prices;
• systematically monitor market prices in the field of construction and installation works, the cost of material resources and equipment, services in the field of construction.

What do we expect from you?

• Higher education (construction/construction economics);
• knowledge of the current pricing system in construction, basic building regulations and legislation in the field of construction, labor protection;
• knowledge of standards and technical requirements in the construction of filling stations, broad technical and economic literacy;
• free use of a PC and software complexes TK-ISS (AVK-5), Microsoft Office and Project. The user of the SAP program is ERT.;
• ability to read and analyze project documentation;
• ability to describe the composition of works (volumes of work) according to the project;
• systematic verification of acts of completed works in commercial form and in TK-ISS (АВК-5) form;
• experience in forming contractual prices and budgets.
• self-organization, orientationfocus on efficiency, analysis and problem solving, diligence, working with masses of information, the ability to work in multitasking conditions, the ability to systematize and analyze information.
