Chief expert of the Money Market Regulation Department* in Nacionalniy bank Ukrayini

Functional tasks:

• Preparation of analytical and forecasting materials on the development of monetary and currency markets of Ukraine;
• Preparation of proposals for the development of financial markets, including - promoting, within the NBU's competence, the spread of modern money market instruments on the market;
• Development of new financial market regulation tools, preparation of proposals for improving the market infrastructure and application of existing financial market regulation tools;
• Ensuring the preparation and support of regulatory legal acts and administrative documents of the NBU on money and currency markets of Ukraine.
• Participation in conducting research in the field functioning of financial markets.

Our expectations from the candidate:

• Work experience in the relevant field in financial and banking institutions at least 3 years;
• Higher economic education in the field of knowledge "Economics and Entrepreneurship", "Banking and Auditing", "Finance and Credit".
• English language level not lower than B2;
• Knowledge of legislation on monetary policy and currency regulation,
• Skills for analyzing the situation on financial markets and/or conducting operations on financial markets;
• Knowledge of specifics the work of financial markets;
• Participation in conducting research in the field of the functioning of financial markets;
• Advanced MS Excel skills for working with large databases;
• Practical skills in using modern methods of analyzing large data sets and visualizing results (Power BI, R, Python, etc.) will be an additional advantage;
• The level of the English language is not lower than B2.;
• The candidate must have impeccable business reputation, effectively builds working communications and enjoys authority among colleagues and counterparties.
