What you need to do:

• Analyze and formalize the customer's business requirements
• Identify and describe user needs
• Prepare technical tasks for the development team
• Interact with the development team at the stages of implementation and testing of solutions
• Participate in the implementation of new software and technological solutions and their commissioning
• Prepare instructions for users
• Participate in integration projects
• Work with the documentation of various information systems
• Participate in the implementation projects of ERP solutions for retail

Our ideal candidate:

• Has experience working as a consultant or analyst in ERP / WMS system implementation projects
• Good understanding of retail business processes (required)
• Has an understanding of warehouse logistics and inventory management processes
• Has experience in gathering, describing and harmonizing business requirements
• Can form technical requirements for the development team
• Has experience in describing business processes (BPMN or other notations)
• Knows SQL
• Proficient in English at the level of reading technical documentation and working correspondence
