  • processing incidents, user requests through service desk, processing applications for the repair of fixed assets in the CIS;
  • user support, providing advice on technical issues;
  • configuration/installation of Windows, Linux operating systems;
  • installation and configuration of additional software
  • connection, configuration and installation of drivers for peripheral equipment;
  • perform assembly of computers, modular replacement of hardware parts;
  • diagnosis of PC hardware and software failures;
  • diagnosis of peripheral devices (marking printer, receipt printer, etc.) identification of breakdowns, their description for transmission on an external PC;

  Your ideal profile:
  
  

  • Knowledge of Ubuntu, Windows systems, their installation and configuration;
  • PC assembly skills and understanding of configuration principles;
  • Skills for working with a local network, connecting and configuring active network equipment;
  • Higher, unfinished higher, medium-special technical education;
