Equipment manager of new stationary areas in Avrora, multimarket

Your key tasks:

• Analysis of the effectiveness of current equipment in defined areas: identifying problem areas based on metrics;
• Finding and implementing ready-made solutions to improve the functionality of areas in stores;
• Justification of any changes due to economic feasibility and forecasting of results;
• Organization of the area and equipment in it, such as storage chambers and packaging areas;
• Monitoring the condition of use and turnover of carts/baskets;
• Implementation of solutions to improve their accessibility and convenience;
• Development of new solutions for different formats of different types of baskets;
• Ensuring the ergonomics of cash registers seats: selection of optimal configurations of tables for different formats;
• Ensuring the ergonomics of the checkout area to improve the customer experience and service speed;
• Service speed analysis: work with metrics of queues and transaction time to optimize throughput;
• Development of promotional equipment;
• Standardization of placement of promotional equipment (promotional baskets, displays, storefronts);
• Analyzing the effectiveness of promotions: evaluating the impact of location on sales and conversion.

We will be great to work together if you:

• System(s) and organized;
• Able to lead several directions at the same time without losing focus;
• You have excellent communication skills to defend your ideas (will be an advantage);
• You have experience working as a Project Manager (understanding the project cycle, control of deadlines);
• You have experience working with sales equipment, planograms or understanding the principles of ergonomics in retail;
• You have a good command of Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, working with large data sets);
• You know how to build hypotheses and test them in the language of numbers.
