Job duties:

• Visit to collective facilities and target areas to identify beneficiaries.
• Conducting personal and telephone interviews with identified individuals. 
• Ensuring clear communication with respondents regarding the purpose and timing of the interview. 
• Accurate and complete filling of questionnaires during interviews with respondents. 
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information about respondents obtained during the interview. 
• Storing data in a safe place and not disclosing it to unauthorized persons or parties. 
• Immediate reporting of any problems or difficulties encountered during data collection to the assistant of the Department of Management of Temporary Placement of Displaced Persons. 

Education

Higher education (can be unfinished)

Personal qualitiesthose:

1. Excellent communication skills, empathy, tolerance, courtesy and patience.
2. High professional ethics in work, attention to details.
3. Ability to work in stressful situations, under pressure and in short deadlines, independently or with limited supervision.
4. Interest in collecting data and communicating with people.

Contextual and specific skills, knowledge and experience:

1. Ability to work with people.
2. Knowledge of the Kobo system is a plus. 
3. Experience conducting interviews and data collection is a plus
4. Flexibility in terms of time (ability to work evenings and weekends) and in terms of communication (ability to work with different types of people and in different situations)
