Ajax Systems has full-cycle manufacturing: from idea generation and prototyping to mass production and worldwide sales. Each department covers a certain operational need of the business in full. The company's specialists are involved at all stages: from the production line in Ukraine to the logistics center in Poland, from where products are sent to distributors around the world.

We are looking for a specialist who will help the company develop the HR brand, interest future candidates in the company, and improve the work experience of existing teams.

Tasks:

• Work on improving the HR brand of R&D/Business/Production departments;
• Preparation of content in accordance with the tasks and needs of the company;
• Cooperation with HR and recruiting departments in the direction of hiring people;
• Participation in internal and partner events;
• Work on improving communication (recruitment advertising campaigns, internal communication of departments);

Necessary knowledge and skills:

• Marketing/PR/Employer branding background from 2 years
• Fluent written and spoken Ukrainian, English no lower than upper intermediate.
• Experience with social networks and analytical tools
• Understanding of the employer brand concept and its components
