Personnel inspector in Everstar

One ​​of our clients is engaged in the production of equipment and radio-electronic devices, which improves the effectiveness of combat operations.

The company is constantly growing, developing and improving work processes.

The finance department is expanding, so we are looking for a HR inspector.

Necessary skills and experience:

• More than 3 years of experience in a similar position;
• Knowledge of labor legislation;
• Be responsible, attentive, able to multitask;

As a plus:

• Knowledge of military accounting;
• Work experience in production/industry.

Future Responsibilities:

• Managing the full cycle of personnel administration (admission, dismissal, transfer);
• Maintenance of the employee database in 1C;
• Maintenance and registration of personal files, work books, certificates for employees, etc.;
• Consultation of employees on personnel issues in accordance with the Labor Code and other legislative acts.
