The Real Talk company is looking for a talented E-mail Marketing Manager to work in an international project (marketplace), someone who likes to test different hypotheses, generate ideas and be involved in the promotion of truly innovative products and services.

We are expanding our dream team and are looking for a Middle E-mail Marketing Manager.

Your future tasks:

• management of e-mail product communications (implementation of strategy and marketing plan);
• work with other direct communication channels (sms, web-push, on-site notifications, in-app notifications, messengers);
• development and implementation of omnichannel communications for projects, as well as trigger omnichannel communications, including sending email, on-site push and sms;
• automation of regular campaigns, including ordering content and sending via email, on-site push and SMS communication channels);
• implementation of A/B testing: organization, optimization, analysis;
• work with content: setting tasks for design and copyright, layout and coordination of templates;
• analytics and optimization of existing communications based on channel metrics;
• implementation of strategies to increase the relevant subscription base and communication coverage;
• working with the reputation of the channel, researching and monitoring the reputation of domains, improving indicators, finding ways to solve emerging issues;
• drawing up documentation on the product communications map;
• providing reports based on the work performed.

Your skills:

• knowledge and experience of working with ESP platforms (FastTrack, Smartsender, customerio, e-sputnik, etc.);
• experience working with channel reputation, knowledge of key metrics;
• experience in conducting A/B tests;
• experience of working with such tools:
• direct communications platforms (web, on-site notifications);
• HTML/CSS, email frameworks (amp email, etc.);
• Web analytics tools (GA, Amplitude, etc.);
• task management platforms (Jira, Asana, Trello, etc.);
• design tools (Figma).
