Email Marketing Manager in Smart Solutions

We are looking for a systematic, autonomous and technically strong Email Marketing Specialist to join us, who will build a communication process through the ?email channel and become part of the history of Smart Solutions!

What you will be engaged in:

• Email infrastructure audit and configuration: SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain warming, reputation monitoring.
• Building a mailing process for several companies: strategy, tool selection, technical hygiene.
• Working with databases: contact search (Snov.io, Apollo, Sales Navigator), validation, segmentation, enrichment.
• Setting up automations according to CJM: Welcome, Onboarding, Reactivation, Abandoned Cart/View, Cross-sell/Up-sell.
• Integration of ESP with CRM: events, tags, API/Webhooks.
• Layout and production of letters (HTML/CSS or block editors), adaptability and personalization of content.

We expect from you:

• Experience in email marketing from 2 years. 
• Understanding the technical part of the email channel (SPF/DKIM/DMARC, domain warm-up, reputation). 
• Experience with ESP and outreach/validation tools: Snov.io, Apollo, Sales Navigator. 
• Ability to build automations according to CJM and work with dynamic content. 
• Basic HTML/CSS skills or confident work with letter builders. 
• Independence, systematicity and desire to make the email channel efficient and manageable. 
• Knowledge of English at level B1 and above will be an advantage.
