Educational project manager in Vyriy

VYRIY is a Ukrainian engineering company, a leading manufacturer of combat unmanned systems, actively implementing war robotics systems and solutions from localized components. We are growing, expanding the team and looking for people for whom it is important not just to complete tasks, but to be part of a common cause.

What will be your focus:

• Conducting briefings with customers and forming TK
• Project planning (stages, deadlines, budget) and its approval
• Search and coordination of trainers / teachers / contractors
• Organization and support of the educational process
• Management of tasks in the task tracker, monitoring of deadlines
• Communication with the customer and regular reporting
• Introduction of changes to the project as needed
• Collection of feedback and preparation of the final report
• Maintenance of basic document flow and payment control
• Analysis of results and summary of the project

• Experience in organizing educational events or trainings
• Ability to focus on the result and bring projects to completion
• Strong organizational skills and attention to details
• Proactivity and ability to make decisions independently
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, trainers and participants
• Flexibility and readiness to quickly respond to changes in the process
• Ability to work with several tasks at the same time without losing quality
• Interest in training and development of people
