The position of Mobile Medical Team Manager involves coordinating the work of medical teams, maintaining contact with communities, planning trips and ensuring effective interaction between team members.
Basic responsibilities:
- Development and coordination of schedules for mobile medical team visits, determination of times and locations for visits, communication with representatives of relevant communities.
- Identification of locations for mobile medical team visits, taking into account community needs and location availability.
- Planning, organization and direct participation in assessment visits to locations.
- Maintaining constant communication with communities to promptly respond to changes and update information regarding trips.
- Promptly making changes to schedules in case of unforeseen circumstances.
- Ensuring effective communication with teams before, during and after trips.
- Monitoring timely departure of teams and solutions logistical or organizational issues if they arise.
- Preliminary analysis of the security situation at the planned locations.
- Organization of regular meetings with teams to discuss work results, provide support and implement the necessary solutions for the successful implementation of project activities.
- Maintain the working atmosphere and team motivation to ensure effective service delivery.
Requirements:
- Higher education in healthcare, management or related field.
- Experience planning work schedules.
- Skills in working with basic Microsoft 365 tools (MS Word, Excel).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team, prompt problem solving and decision-making in stressful situations.
- Willingness to travel to locations in the Kharkiv region.
