Job description

We are looking for an editing director who feels the rhythm! You don't need to explain how to overlay text with a video sequence so that it looks dynamic and meaningful. You know what a "deadline" is and navigate the political agenda.

Your tasks:

Editing news, stories and programs (working with text and script).  Independent video selection (archives, streams, footage)

? Fast and high-quality work (Edius / Premiere Pro).

From you:

Work experience (portfolio is mandatory).

Understanding the socio-political context.

Independence and attentiveness. Willingness to use AI and new tools - welcome!

Conditions:

Office in Kyiv (hybrid format negotiable).

Flexible shift schedule (8 hours/day, floating weekends)

There is a paid trial period and a test assignment
