The main goal of the position - providing economic planning and financial and economic support of activities enterprise, in particular, the formation and control of the implementation of the financial plan, the analysis of financial and economic indicators and the preparation of relevant reports.

Expected work results and evaluation criteria for the work performed:

• Ensures the timely formation and relevance of the company's financial resources.

• Control of the implementation of the financial plan of the enterprise and timely changes to it in accordance with the management decisions.

• Preparation and submission of periodical financial and budget reporting within the established terms and according to the specified forms.

• Employment of economic planning of the company's activities, in particular the formation and analysis of PNL, Cash Flow indicators, calculations with the budget and capital investments.

• Planning and control use of budget funds, including monthly expenditure planning.

• Supporting the work of the budget committee, preparation of necessary materials and analytical information.

Work experience. 

• Knowledge.  Knowledge of Ukrainian legislation in the field of economy and finance, the procedure for forming financial plans of public sector enterprises, budget legislation, the procedure for drawing up financial and budget reporting, the basics of economic analysis and planning of the enterprise's activities.

• Technologies. You know how to effectively use task managers (we work in Teams, SAP), e-mail, calendar, Google Drive functions, MS Office, electronic document management systems (we work in DokProf), M.E.Dok and other information and analytical systems, as well as everything related to the electronic procurement system.

• Language. Fluency in Ukrainian, English will be an advantage.

• Education. Complete higher education in specialties in the field of knowledge "Economics", "Finance", "Accounting and taxation" or related.
