Duties of a mentor:
Conduct informal classes for children: creative workshops, activities, educational classes, etc.
Provide a safe and supportive environment for children during classes in accordance with child safety policies and standards.
Be responsible for a group of children (up to 15 people).
Communication in the parent chat of your group.
Attendance of synchronicity and exercises.
Joint training for teachers and parents in co-coaching with the coordinator.
Assisting the coordinator in organizing classes.
