SEK Ecology LLP is a leading company in the field of environmental consulting, specializing in the development of permit documentation (permits for emissions, special water use, OVD, SZZ) and support of environmental projects.

What will need to be done:

Work with clients and collection of initial data:
- Project support at the stage of collecting raw data from customers
- Providing clients with lists of necessary documents according to the service
- Consulting on documentation requirements
- Systematization of the received information in an Excel table
- Checking the completeness of the provided documents
- Preparation of Acts of data transfer and Technical tasks

Document circulation and correspondence:
- Daily work with Nova Poshta: receiving/sending parcels, keeping a register, delivery control
- Work with Ukrposhta: design of registered letters
- Sorting of incoming correspondence, scanning and transfer of documents to developers
- Registration of incoming and outgoing documents in journals

Project support at the submission stage:
- Formation and verification of document packages for submission to state bodies
- Organization of publications in newspapers and submitting requests to the Regional State Administration/ministries
- Control of receipt of certificates, permits and review results
- Preparation of documents for public discussions (OBD)
- Printing, stitching and preparation of documents for clients

Coordination and control:
- Maintenance of online tables for project tracking
- Coordination with manager and developers completeness of data
- Control of deadlines and prioritization of tasks
- Creation and maintenance of the structure of project folders
- Organization of office life support (ordering water, stationery, cartridges)

We are looking for a candidate who has:

Mandatory requirements:
- Higher education (technical, environmental - mandatory)

- Knowledge of the basics ecology and environmental protection legislation
- Confident command of a PC (MS Office, Excel, scanning, printing)
- Ability to read technical documentation
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Competent business communication (verbal and written)
- Responsibility, systematicity, discipline

Will be a significant advantage:
- Experience work with delivery services (Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta)
- Experience of working with state bodies
- Experience of keeping registers and accounting tables
- Experience of supporting projects

Personal qualities:

-Customer orientation - ability available to explain requirements to customers
-Multitasking - the ability to conduct several projects at the same time
-Proactiveness— independence in solving issues
-Communicability—work with clients, developers, government bodies

Projects you will have to work with:

-Emission permits—from data collection to receipt permit
-Water use permits — comprehensive support
-EIA (Environmental Impact Assessment) — organization of publications and public discussions
-SZZ — sanitary and protective zones
-Waste management — declarations, permits

What does the work look like day:

Morning (30-40 min):  
Receiving Nova Poshta parcels, sorting documents, planning the day

Main work (6-7 hours):  
Collection of initial data from clients > communication with government bodies > formation of document packages > printing and scanning > organization of publications > control of deadlines > management registers

End of the day (30 min):  
Registration of shipments by Novaya Poshta, updating accounting tables
