E-Commerce and Customer Care Operator - French speaking (Remote) in EBT

A French Company and one of the leaders in e-commerce business in Europe is looking for a skilled and professional E-Commerce Operator. We work with a big number of well-known market places in Europe, including Amazon Europe. With the main logistics platform in France we are expanding and continuously enlarging our presence in other countries.

Requirements to the candidates:

• Knowledge of French language (starting from A2), English language will be a  plus. 
• Excellent client-orientation and strong analytical skills.
• At least 1 year of experience in E-Commerce, Logistics or Customer Care role in a foreign company.
• Ability to deal with a large number of tasks at a time.
• Good working knowledge of CRMs and computer applications.
• Excellent communication skills, initiative and ability to learn.
• It is mandatory to have appropriate working environment, computer and good Internet connection. 

Responsibilities:

• Providing assistance to the customers and responding to their inquiries, tracking the orders, liaising with suppliers and transportation companies.

• Working with customers' feedbacks, complaints and rejections.

• Working with CRM and analyzing orders.    
• Analyzing and updating product data bases (mainly electronics and FMCG goods).
• Cooperating with purchase department and other essential departments.
