Hello! We in the Customer Care team of the company AcademyOcean are looking for a Customer Support specialist, whose main focus will be on support platform customers.

Our customers should use AcademyOcean as effectively as possible and benefit from it - this is the goal we will achieve together.

The product is used by 100,000 users from 20 countries, including companies such as AJAX, Reply, TSUM, Poster, YouScan, Work.ua.

Your skills:

  1. Experience working with clients.
  2. Ability to work in Google Sheets / Excel.
  3. Ability to clearly and competently express your thoughts orally and in writing.
  4. Desire to help people.
  5. Ability to identify cause and effect connections and find sophisticated solutions, both in routine work and in complex tasks.

Would be a plus:

  1. Proficiency in English from B2.
  2. Experience in SaaS in a similar position.
  3. Understanding how the API works.
  4. Experience in the B2B segment.

What to do:

1. Answer questions about the functionality of the product. 2. Describe the operation of the product for users and the team in the form of text and video instructions. 3. Study customer cases and how they use the system. 4. Help in the formation of a list of requests for new product functionality. 5. Conduct video meetings with clients. 7. Implement Self Service for clients.
