Driver search manager for a logistics company in Lukiyan I.I,, FOP

Zlata Express is a young company that provides logistics services on the American market.

Now we are actively forming a team and looking for a qualified and creative manager. Your role will include searching, selecting and attracting professional drivers with their own transport to our company (the main requirement is fluency in English)

Tasks:< /p>

• Searching for potential candidates using various recruiting channels
• Conducting interviews and evaluating candidates taking into account their compliance with the requirements of the position
• Ensuring effective interaction with candidates and ensuring a positive experience of cooperation
• Maintenance and update of candidate database

Requirements:

• Work experience in the field of logistics in the American market for at least 1 year
• High level of communication and negotiation skills in English (fluency)
• Result orientation and ability to work with set goals
