This vacancy is ideal for those applicants who want to change the field of professional activity. The position involves full training and mentoring from scratch.

Our ideal candidate should have:

  • At least 1 year of experience as a personal assistant, customer service manager or other admin. positions;

  • Understanding what is a "highly qualified service" customer orientation";

  • Willingness to work at a high pace, ability to work in a multitasking environment;

  • Standalone team player on the result;

  • Important- knowledge of the English language at the Upper Intermediate level;

Additional advantages will be:

  • Knowledge of an additional language  (Spanish, French, Portuguese, Arabic, Turkish, Hindi);

  • Work experience or completion of specialized courses on HR/recruitment/people partnership management.

Functional duties:

  • Search for candidates (both Ukrainians and foreigners) for open vacancies (work with job sites, LinkedIn, social networks);

  • < li style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">

    Communication with candidates, correspondence, telephone selection of candidates, checking the level of English language proficiency;

  • Conducting interviews and preparing information about candidates for customers;

  • Maintenance of an internal database, uploading documents necessary for the exit of new employees, updating information in the PBX.

  • Reporting.
