 What we expect from you:

• Knowledge of the structure and basic principles of repair auto

• Experience in recruitment or sales

• Availability of a driver's license category B

• Communicative, active, open to new things

• Ability to plan your time and work for results

• Confident use Microsoft Office and Google Docs

Your main tasks:

• Active search and selection of drivers for the fleet

• Conducting interviews and evaluation of candidates

• Using various search channels: social networks, job sites, messengers

• Registration of new drivers (contracts, CRM, Telegram-chats)

• Support of drivers from the moment of connection to the fleet

• Consultations and support on issues of work in Bolt and Uklon

• Control of drivers' schedules and performance indicators

• Reporting on the operation of the fleet
