Director of the project "Love for Survival" in Starlight Media

And today Starlight Media Production Company invites to its team a Director of the project "Love for Survival".

Your tasks will be:

• participation in script writing and development of directorial decisions to create the necessary emotional background;
• mastering locations and developing visual style of shots in accordance with conception;
• writing technical tasks for the profile work of adjacent departments;
• selection of images and clothes for the characters in accordance with the style of the project;
• writing the timings of the shooting day and monitoring their observance;
• proposal approval and interaction with the art department;
• direct implementation of the shooting process on the site;
• quality control of the filmed material and checking the sources after the shower together with the chief editing director;
• interaction with the production, script, camera and technical departments at all stages of production;
• generation of ideas for visualization and control of their implementation during the editing of episodes.

Our expectations from you:

• high profile education;
• mandatory work experiencein reality formatsas a director for 2 years or more;
• experience working with multi-camera filming and understanding the specifics of the shooting process "in the fields";
• deep knowledge of the basics of video dramaturgy, editing logic and skills in working with editing programs;
• confident command of the MS Office package and understanding of the principles of work in DaVinci Resolve or Adobe After Effects;
• fluent command of the Ukrainian language;
• creative thinking, quick reaction and the ability to make decisions in conditions of high uncertaintyeducation;
• high mobility, intelligence and readiness for long business trips;
• communicability, sense of humor and the ability to maintain a healthy working atmosphere in a team;
• stress resistance, attention to details and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
