Right now we are looking for a Director of the Department of Economics

Main duties:

• Budgeting and plan/fact
• Operational and regular reporting to the manager and shareholders
• Tariff policy
• Control over specific items of expenses and income
• Modeling the results of individual business segments
• Improving business processes, including in IRP
• Participation in the Company's strategic cross-functional projects

The successful candidate meets the following requirements:

• Full higher economics/finance, additional ACCA/CFA certifications will be an advantage
• Experience in managerial economic or financial positions from 2 years
• Economic theory, enterprise budgeting, financial reporting, audit and cross-functional project management, including ERP implementation
• High level of mastery of Excel, financial models
• Experience in preparing management reports and analytical materials
• Experience in managing financial flows and cost control
• Willingness to learn (if some things are not pumped, we will learn)
• Analytical thinking and the ability to make strategic decisions
• Leadership skills, management of a team of economists and financiers
• Responsibility, stress resistance, high level of organization
• Calm perception of feedback and the ability to give it yourself feedback
• Thinking outside the box
