We invite you to join the "Administrative Department Director team.

The company provides:

  • Employment according to the Labor Code of Ukraine;
  • Paid vacation of 24 calendar days, sick days;

Key tasks:

  • Organization of the search for locations and/or plots of land for purchase or rent in accordance with the needs of the company; ensuring the availability of a complete package of necessary documentation; and control of current, planned and capital repairs of premises, as well as control of the quality of repair works;
  • Organization and control of construction works (new construction, reconstruction, modernization of objects);
  • Provision of company divisions with furniture, household equipment, equipment and materials; control of their preservation and timely repair;
  • Control of rational use of material resources and allocated funds for administrative and economic needs;
  • Organization and conducting of tenders, preparation and drawing up of contracts with suppliers and contractors; keeping records of economic materials, equipment and drawing up established reports;
  • Interaction with counterparties on issues of renting premises, in particular (ensuring the availability and preservation of valid lease contracts; control of the fulfillment of the terms of the contracts by the lessors; control of accounts for rent and utilities);
  • Ensuring the function of occupational health and safety in the company and complying with the requirements of legislation in the field of OP;
  • Formation, staffing and management of the staff of the Administrative Department.

Requirements:

  • Similar work experience of 3 years or more;
  • Practical experience of managing administrative and economic activitiesof a company with several locations.
  • Willingness to travel around Ukraine;
  • Higher education (technical, managerial, economic or engineering);
  • A confident PC user (MS Office, 1C or other accounting systems will be an advantage).
  • Experience in the organization and control of repair, construction and reconstruction projects works.
  • Skills for working with lease agreements, contractors and suppliers; negotiation experience.
  • Systemic thinking and structure;
  • Skills of planning, prioritization and management decision-making.
