Sales manager of logistics services at a 3PL operator in UVK-Interneshnl

We are looking for candidates in the Eastern region of Ukraine to work with clients in this region.

We are expanding the staff, we are additionally inviting to our team a MANAGER OF SALES OF LOGISTICS SERVICES specializing in PALLET DELIVERY (LTL/FTL) across Ukraine, WAREHOUSE SERVICES and INTERNATIONAL TRANSPORTATION.

 Purpose of the position: selling logistics services to new customers in order to fulfill the sales plan.

Tasks:

1. active search for potential customers for logistics services;
2. interaction with a logistician who is looking for transport for a given customer;
3. negotiations and concluding agreements with corporate by clients;
4. maintenance of the client base and reporting in CRM;
5. work with the receivables of its clients;
6. participation in marketing activities to promote the service: conferences, seminars, webinars, surveys.

Requirements:

• Experience in a logistics company - at least 3 years of recent sales experience PALLET DELIVERY (LTL/FTL) across Ukraine and WAREHOUSE services to external customers - mandatory! 
• experience in attracting top clients from various areas of business, having effective experience in finding potential clients, the ability to work with databases;
• skills in conducting negotiations with LPR (understanding all stages of sales), participation in tenders;
• skills in sales analytics: maintaining a sales funnel, customer segmentation, etc.;
• possession of basic knowledge of concluding contracts, terms of cooperation, forming tariffs, etc.;
• knowledge of the market of competitors in our field, mastery of the specifics of their services, tariff proposals for customers;
• Experience of working in CRM.
