 What you will do:

1. Control of production processes

Control of all stages of production — from the sample to the finished batch. Approval of terms for sewing samples and batches.

Transfer of materials and accessories for production. Start of production, receiving finished products.

Analysis of sewn samples, introduction of technological changes. Quality control of finished products, elimination of defects.

2. Design and technological work

Development of new products from scratch to serial production. Creation of technological and assembly cards.

Interaction with the designer, modeling, gradation of sizes. Preparation of technical documentation (specifications, instructions).

Approval of samples, introduction of new tailoring and processing methods.

Analysis of gradation, development of technologies. 

3. Recruitment, mentoring, training in working with equipment, personnel control. 

4. Accounting for materials, fittings and finished products. Ordering auxiliary equipment for the workshop.

5. Planning and calculations

Calculation of costs of materials and accessories for batches. Formation of the production start-up plan and budget (month / year).

Calculation of the cost of products. Cooperation with the economist, preparation of calculations.

Maintaining actual balances of materials and packaging.                                                   6. Procurement and market analysis

Cooperation with the procurement and marketing department. 

Analysis of the textile market and cost of tailoring.
