Specialist in compensation and benefits in Delta Sport / Delta Sport

Company Delta Sport (Nike Ukraine) invites a Compensation & Benefits Specialist to its team.

If you want to develop in in the field of HR, have an analytical mind, pay attention to details and want to work in a team of professionals - this position is for you.

Your main responsibilities will be: 

• Administration of bonus programs (monthly, annual);
• Checking the calculation and accrual of salaries and bonuses for the retail network;
• Participation in the budgeting of the wage fund, forecasting personnel costs;
• Analysis and assessment of the number of personnel retail network;
• Analysis and control of the execution of the budget for personnel expenses;
• Formation of analytical reports and presentations (monthly, quarterly, annually);
• Development of long-term personnel motivation projects;
• Assistance in the development and implementation of compensation and benefits policies, as well as pilot projects for staff motivation;
• Participation in the automation of payroll processes and control of the FOP in the ERP system.

What we expect:

• higher education; 
• experience of evaluating positions according to the Korn Ferry methodology;
• experience of working in a similar position for at least 1 year (preferably in retail companies);
• knowledge of labor legislation (in terms of remuneration);
• understanding the principles of grading, market research of salaries and building motivation systems;
• confident user of Excel, analytical tools;
• ownership of the 1C program 8.3. (UTP);
• a high degree of responsibility and self-organization;
• communication and the ability to work in a team.
