Hello! We are Unisoft, a modern printing company from Kharkiv that creates high-quality book products, children's books, textbooks, catalogs, as well as premium cardboard packaging. If you are interested in managing the publishing process in a dynamic and creative sphere, we are looking for you for the position of Publishing Director.

What you will have to do:

• Manage all operational processes of the publishing house, form and control the publishing plan, ensure timely and high-quality release of publications.
• Coordinate the work of the team: editors, designers, managers and warehouse units.
• Develop and implement publishing house development strategies, profitability control, optimization of work processes and organization of product promotion.
• Interact with authors, partners to maintain long-term relationships and expand the market.
• Analyze the printing market services, implement innovations and new technologies.
• Plan the budget and control the economic indicators of the publishing house.

To successfully fulfill this role, you must:

• Higher education, preferably in the field of publishing, management, economics/finance or related fields.
• Experience of working as a director or commercial director in publishing, printing or in the field of media for 2 years or more.
• Experience in strategic development.
• Ability to effectively organize team work and manage processes.
• Responsibility, integrity and orientation on the result.
• Communication and negotiation skills.
