We are currently looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) - a strategic leader who will ensure operational efficiency, synchronization of departments and transition company to a new level of operational and digital maturity.

Main areas of responsibility
1. Operational efficiency
- Building standardized and scalable business processes
- Optimizing costs and increasing EBITDA
- Implementing and updating KPI/OKR
- Coordination of departments (Sales, Supply, Service, Project Management, Legal)
- P&L management and data-based decision making
2. Supply Chain & Distribution Excellence
Scaling of business models
- Creation of scalable processes without loss of quality
- Development of service subscriptions and recurring revenue models
- Development of customer journey, increase of NPS and CLV
4. Technological and digital maturity (AI/BI/ERP/CRM)
- Implementation of AI solutions in planning, service and sales
- Building a unified BI system and real-time reporting
- Development of CRM/ERP as of the key operating platform
- Ensuring cyber security and stability of the IT infrastructure
5. ESG and corporate reliability
- Implementation of energy-efficient and environmental practices
- Adherence to industry standards of quality and compliance
- Increasing ESG indicators and investment attractiveness
