 We are waiting for someone who has :
? Experience as Head of Marketing Department, Marketing Director, CMO in e-com 3+ years
? Knowledge of the key performance channels of digital marketing (seo, google ads, meta ads)
? The ability to obtain and analyze any necessary data from available sources: GA4, Google Ads, fb ads manager, search console, merchant center, the ability to use big query is a plus
? Experience with loyalty programs / crm systemwe
? Experience working with a team of 10+ people
? The ability to monitor the fulfillment of deadlines and coordinate all referrals of the Marketing Department regarding the assigned tasks.

What will need to be done:
? Organize team work
? Plan and monitor the work of contractors in key channels (seo, ppc, meta ads),
? Coordinating the execution of tasks between the contractor and internal departments to achieve efficiency in the work of advertising campaigns
? Control the development and operation of all social media business
? Monitor the effectiveness of price / cpa channels
? Control over the development of retention marketing: trigger scenarios, promotional communications, etc.
? Develop a marketing budget and adhere to its implementation
? Control over the development of digital products: online store, loyalty programs, chat bots
? Control and refinement of the CPM system
? Development and optimization of business processes at the interface of marketing and related departments
