Requirements:

1. Higher education - industrial and civil construction/architecture/design.
2. Experience of independent management of large projects from the moment of development of a technical solution to the moment of commissioning.
3. li>User of Revit, AutoCad (possible basic level).
4. Attention, responsibility, discipline, willingness to learn, desire to develop, ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities:

1. Development of architectural concepts, preparation of plans (drawings), management of the technical part of the project at the pre-project stage.
2. Organization, support and control of the implementation of design and fine-tuning works according to the project.

4. Development, optimization and coordination of the project budget.
5. Implementation of the project within the framework of the approved budget.
6. Development of the work schedule and implementation control.
7. Development and control of the implementation of the funding calendar schedule. Formation and issuance of technical tasks to subcontractors. Conducting tenders for the selection of subcontractors. Conclusion of subcontracts. >
8. Control and assessment of the fulfillment of contractual obligations.
9. Reconciliation of estimates and project documentation.
10. Preparation and coordination of acts of completed works.
11. Performance of regular reports about the status of the project.
12. Coordination of the project at all stages of performance of work, from examination and obtaining building permits to commissioning of facilities.
13. Prompt resolution of current issues within the limits of competence.
14. Commissioning of the object.
