Croptex Company is the official importer of DJI drones in Ukraine and a leader in the field of service.
Our company builds a complete ecosystem for the client:Trade-In, sale of refurbished drones, own service center, warranty and expert support.

We are actively growing, generating leads and seeing great potential in marketing scaling. That is why we are looking for a Head of Marketing / CMO capable of turning performance marketing into a manageable revenue growth system.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in the position of Head of Marketing / CMO

• Experience in performance marketing and building effective funnel

• Practical experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads

• Strong analytical skills, ability to work with numbers and performance indicators

• Experience in team management and responsibility for results

• Understanding the principles of scaling marketing campaigns

• Proactivity, systems thinking and willingness to take responsibility responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of performance and brand marketing strategy with a focus on sales growth

• Building and scaling of effective marketing funnels

• Managing the marketing team, setting and monitoring KPI (CPL, CPA, ROMI)
