Main functionality:

• implementation of the overall brand strategy;
• launch and analysis of customer retention and reactivation communication campaigns;
• segmentation and CA analysis;
• work with communication channels (Email/SMS/Push/MobPush/Viber);
• conduct A/B tests — work with audience segmentation to build an effective communication strategy with each with the client;
• setting tasks for the design and content team;
• reporting.

What is important to us:

• attention to details;
• ability to plan your work process;
• understanding of the following metrics: LTV, Retention Rate, Churn Rate, Conversion;
• understanding of the impact on communications of metrics: Open Rate, Click Rate, Delivery Rate, Spam Complaint Rate, Unsubscribe Rate, Domain Reputation;
• knowledge of the English language at the pre-intermediate level;

The advantage will be:

• experience of working in Direct marketing from 6 months;
• experience of working with e-mail platforms or CRM systems;
• basic knowledge of HTML, CSS ;
