The marketing company, which is present in Europe, Asia, Latin America and Africa, opens a new strategic direction - entering new markets. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Leader who will help us scale.
This role is about possibilities of influencing business and promoting digital products where the map is still "empty".
We are looking for a person who understands strategy building, knows how to test hypotheses, is friendly with analytics, and most importantly - sees opportunities where others do not notice them.
Your key tasks:
- Form a marketing strategy taking into account local specifics, audience behavior and business goals.
- Manage performance and brand marketing: PPC, SEO, PR, Email/SMS, Affiliate. Your area of responsibility is channel consistency, efficiency and a clear KPI framework.
- Adapt UX, funnels, content and communications to the specifics of the region.
- Collaborate with local media, influencers and partners.
- Regular analysis of marketing performance, A/B testing and hypothesis generation. The focus is data-driven solutions and scaling.
Your experience:
Deep understanding of the full cycle of working with a digital product — from engagement to maintenance.
Experience in digital marketing and setting tasks for the team: SEO, PPC, SMM, Influence, Product Marketing.
Sure knowledge of metrics (CPA, ROMI, LTV, ARPU) and the ability to build dashboards.
