Middle/Senior Product Designer (Spirio) in SKELAR

Spirio is a venture builder's business that offers courses, guides and practices based on Eastern philosophies to help people enjoy life and be happy.

The business has already successfully closed 2 rounds of financing, found a unit economy and successfully raised a new round of investment aimed at scaling the business and developing mobile applications with "App of the Year" ambitions.

So this is an incredible opportunity to join the product team as a Product Designer, be among the first colleagues and work in a close team with co-founders.

What challenges await:

• Design of interfaces and user experience of Spirio digital products (Web/iOS/Android);
• Development of UI concepts of future functionality based on Product Vision;
• Animation and prototyping of basic usage scenarios;
• Generation and testing of hypotheses to improve the product and its key metrics;
• Support of cross-platform design system;
• Regular usability testing and metrics monitoring;
• Quality control of design implementation and ensuring consistency on all platforms.

What is important to us:

• 3+ years of experience in mobile and web interface design.;
• Advanced Figma skills (Components, Autolayouts, Design Tokens, etc.);
• Deep understanding of mobile guidelines: Apple Human Interface Guidelines and Material Design;
• Strong skills in visual design (Typography, Color Theory, Grid Systems, etc.)
• Understanding principles atomic design and design frameworks (HCD, Design Thinking, Lean Design, etc.);
• Experience and understanding of UX Copywriting principles;
• English at B2+ level.;
• A portfolio with detailed cases is mandatory.

Will be a plus:

• Experience with animation and prototyping tools (Rive, Origami, Principle, etc.).
• Application of Sound Design in interfaces.
• 3D tools (Spline, Blender).
