Friends, we are currently in looking for a digital marketing analyst

Your future functionality:

Main tasks:

• Settings and support of Google Analytics 4;

• Working with Google Tag Manager;

• Analysis of Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram);

• Work with Consent Mode v2, cookie-consent and GDPR / CCPA compliance control;

• Development of UTM tag standards, ID, event taxonomy audit;

• Control and tracking of events, UTM tags, conversions, postbacks;

• Building end-to-end analytics;

• Working with BigQuery, writing SQL queries;

• Building dashboards in Looker Studio or Power BI;

• Data quality control and resolving discrepancies between GA4, Ads and CRM;

• SEO analytics via Google Search Console;

• Partial analytics of the mobile application (Firebase / AppsFlyer);

• Preparation of regular reports;

• Searching for business growth points based on data.
  What is included in the basic duties:

• Creating a goal map and setting up the necessary tracking (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, BigQuery, Power BI, Looker Studio);

• Working with customer data to track the effectiveness of advertising campaigns;

• Integration with various connectors and APIs;

• Controlling the correctness of data collection and eliminating discrepancies between systems;

• Monitoring user behavior on customer sites;

• Automating reporting and creating dashboards for customers and internal teams;

• Control of trends in web analytics and vpintroduction of new tools and approaches;

• Setting up connectors to various sources containing additional data.

Work format – hybrid (2-3 days in the office)

Our candidate has:

• Experience with Google Analytics 4;
• Confidence in Google Tag Manager;
• Experience in working with Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook Ads), TikTok Ads, etc.;
• Ability to work with heat maps (Hotjar or Clarity);
• Experience in setting up tracking of web resources, analyzing usability, user behavior, conducting A/B testing;
• Practical experience in working with BigQuery;
• Ability to write SQL queries;
• Experience building dashboards;
• Understanding:o  end-to-end analyticso  attributiono  funnelo  CPA, ROAS, LTV
• Ability to explain analytical data to the business and marketing team
• Analytical thinking and result orientation.
  Will be a plus:
• Certificates of Google Ads, GA4, GMP, Google Cloud;
• HTML, CSS, Python, JavaScript;
• Server-side GTM;
• Firebase / AppsFlyer;
• CRM integrations;
• Reporting automation;
• English at Intermediate+ level
