Who we are we are looking for:

We are looking for a creative and versatile specialist who combines the skills of graphic design, marketing and social media management.

The ideal candidate:

• can create visuals that capture attention and sell;
• able to think strategically and propose marketing ideas for brand development;
• understands the specifics of working with social networks and digital campaigns;
• actively uses AI tools (for generating ideas, visuals, texts, analytics);
• is ready to work with the famous Ukrainian brands Homax and Engard, helping them become even more recognizable.

What exactly we will entrust to you:

Creation of creative visual materials: banners, presentations, infographics, SMM content (story, posts, advertising layouts).

Formation of a single visual style of brands (HOMAX, Engard).

Planning and conducting marketing and SMM campaigns.

Management of social networks: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.

Preparation of texts for posts, product descriptions, advertising materials (independently or with copywriter).

Using AI tools: ChatGPT, MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, Canva AI to create creatives, texts, analytics.

Analysis of SMM performance, preparation of reports with suggestions for improvements.

Supporting advertising strategies of brands.

What will make you successful in this role:

Experience work as a graphic designer.

Practical skills in marketing and SMM.

Proficiency in: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva.

Experience using AI tools for design, copywriting, analysis.

Understanding trends in social networks, targeted advertising, branding.

Creativity, ability to work under deadlines, attention to detail.

Your additional superpowers:

Experience in video editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut).

Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing.

Experience in automating processes through AI (creating texts, visuals, chatbots).
