Developer at Policy Sky in Zmievec D.L., FOP

We’re looking for a hands-on Developer to join our team full-time. This role is a hybrid of technical setup and ad buying support, working closely with our senior media buyers on both YouTube and Facebook campaigns. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling the technical back-end that keeps our ad buying machine running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Ad Account & Pixel Management
  
  

  • Set up and maintain ad accounts across platforms.

  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot tracking pixels.

  • Warm up new ad accounts to ensure compliance and longevity.
    
    

• Domain & Tracking Setup
  
  

  • Buy, configure, and manage domains.

  • Set up tracking systems, including integrations with landers and analytics.
    Maintain DNS settings, redirects, and domain health.
    
    

• Landing Page Development
  
  

  • Build, clone, and optimise landing pages as directed.
    Ensure proper tracking and conversion events are firing.

  • Collaborate with creative and media teams to align funnels.
    
    

• Media Buying Support
  
  

  • Assist senior buyers in setting up and managing campaigns on YouTube and Facebook.
    
    

  • Monitor early campaign performance and flag issues.

  • Help with scaling processes and duplications under guidance.
    
    

• Technical Support & Maintenance
  
  

  • Troubleshoot tracking, attribution, and campaign setup issues.

  • Support the media buying team with technical fixes, workarounds, and optimisations.
    
    

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of media buying on YouTube and Facebook.
  
  

• Understanding of pixels, tracking, and domains.
  
  

• Ability to set up and manage landing pages (WordPress/ClickFunnels/HTML preferred).
  
  

• Strong technical problem-solving skills.
  
  

• Proactive, fast learner, and detail-oriented.
  
  

• Comfortable working full-time in a fast-paced environment.
