Responsibilities:
- Handling Incoming Requests — Respond efficiently to customer support inquiries.
- Client Communication — Engage in calls with clients, addressing their concerns and providing necessary assistance.
- Service Cancellations — Process and manage requests related to service cancellations.
- Ongoing Support Tasks — Perform various customer support duties as required.
Requirements:
- Experience — Minimum of 1 year in customer support roles.
- Language Skills — Good proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Availability — Must be available for night shifts.
Compensation & Conditions:
- Hourly Pay:
- $3.5 per hour for the first 3 months.
- $4 per hour after 3 months.
- Remote Work — Work from the comfort of your home.
- Work Schedule:
- 22:00 — 08:00 (Kyiv time)
- 24:00 — 10:00 (Kyiv time)
