The Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine is inviting a chief specialist of the Department of Finance of Physical Culture and Sports Programs of the Department of Economy and Finance for a position in the civil service category "B" service", paid holidays and sick leave.
Employment under the conditions defined by the Law of Ukraine "On the Legal Regime of Martial Law", temporarily during the period of martial law until the appointment of the winner of the competition for this position or until the expiration of a twelve-month period after the termination or cancellation of martial law.
Main job duties:
Drafting the budget request according to the relevant areas of the budget program.
Drawing up the passport of the budget program according to the relevant areas, a report on its implementation.
Compilation of performance evaluation results according to the relevant budget programs.
Processing in the established order of draft estimates and calculations to them, plans for allocations of the general fund of the budget, special fund plans, plans for the use of budget funds, staff rosters, as well as making changes to them in the process of implementing the budget according to the relevant areas of the budget program.
Implementation of current and annual analysis of financing according to the relevant directions of the budget program in terms of managers of lower-level funds and recipients of budget funds.
Ensuring execution within the competence of assignments and tasks of management.
Our expectations:
Higher education with a degree not lower than a bachelor’s degree, preferably in the field of knowledge "economics", "finances", "accounting accounting".
Fluency in the state language.
Experience in the public service will be an advantage.
Ability to work in a team to achieve results.
Willingness to develop and learn.
Sure command of a computer, ability to work with MS Office software.
