Main functions and responsibilities:
- collection, systematization, preparation and administration of project project documentation;
- coordination of information flow between company departments, project group and other project participants;
- monitoring of the project implementation schedule and adherence to deadlines, assistance in managing risks and disagreements;
- preparation of meeting minutes and assistance in monitoring the implementation of their decisions;
- maintaining constant contact with various project teams and facilitating the smooth implementation of project tasks;
- execution of other management-related tasks of the manager project;
- possible business trips abroad.
Qualification requirements:
Education:
- higher technical education (architecture, construction, engineering).
Work experience:
- experience of working in design companies, management of development projects (preferred);
- knowledge of the English language Upper-Intermediate level (preferred).
Technical competences:
- excellent command of MS Office computer programs (Excel, Word, Outlook);
- mastery of the MS Project program (preferred);
- mastery of CAD, Revit (preferred).
Personal qualities:
- honesty, sociability, initiative;
- ability to work both independently and in a team;
- ability to quickly learn and adapt;
