Deputy regional manager of a retail network, clothing and footwear stores (luxury segment) in Symbol

SYMBOL is Ukraine's largest luxury retail chain, which has been representing clothing, footwear and accessories stores of famous luxury brands for women, men and children on the Ukrainian market for 25 years. You will find us in Kharkiv, Kyiv, Dnipro, Odesa, Uzhgorod, Lviv, Zaporizhzhia, Ivano-Frankivsk.

We invite you to join our friendly team: DeputyRegional Retail Manager chain of clothing and footwear stores of the luxury segment.

Duties that we will entrust:

• Ensuring that the stores of the region meet sales targets and set operational requirements processes;
• Improve the quality of customer service, implementation of plans regarding sales volume and economic indicators;
• Performance of audits and control of fulfillment by store employees of their job duties and company standards;
• Constant improvement of the level of professional training of store employees, fulfillment by store employees of service standards established in Symbol;
• Together with store managers, develops and approves schedules of knowledge checks (including according to service standards), ensures the implementation of knowledge control;
• Identifying the need for functional training for personnel, develops schedules for such trainings, monitors their implementation, and the effectiveness of training processes;
• Evaluation of the effectiveness of approved staff schedules in stores and, if necessary, decision-making and their arguments for their changes;
• Study of movement and reasons for staff turnover, participation in the development of measures to reduce it;
• Regular feedback and evaluation of processes in accordance with Symbol corporate requirements;
• Working directly in the stores of the region.

Professional and personal qualities that our candidate:

• Successful experience of working as a Territorial\Regional\Local\City manager in retail for over 2 years;
• Practical experience of data analysis, working with financial indicators;
• Successful experience of personal active sales;
• Experience of management and recruitment, ability to create, unite, train and motivate the team;
• High level of communication skills;
• Experienced PC user, must have knowledge of 1C, advanced Excel user;
• Entrepreneurial vision and result orientation;
• Love for people.
