Deputy regional director for personnel in Apteka 9-1-1

We are a pharmacy company that actively implements modern HR approaches. In connection with the expansion of the team, we are opening a new position - Deputy Regional Director of Personnel.

Region of work: Vinnytsia, Khmelnytskyi, Zhytomyr, Chernivtsi, Cherkasy Oblast

Subordination: administrative - to the director of personnel

Main tasks:

• Employee adaptation and development
• Participation in the implementation of motivational programs
• Working with personnel reserves, training initiatives
• Monitoring performance indicators and analyzing the personnel situation
• Ensuring prompt response to employee appeals and providing support in resolving work issues.
• Turnover prevention

We are looking for a specialist in analytical thinking, empathy, organizational skills ready to work in the field, constantly be in contact with people

Requirements for the candidate:

• 3 years of experience in personnel management
• Higher education in the field of management personnel, psychology, management or related fields.
• A confident user of Excel (intermediate level will be an advantage).
• Basic knowledge of the labor legislation of Ukraine (for typical situations; in complex cases, the support of a lawyer is provided).
• Experience with the 1C system will be an advantage.
