Recruiter / HR manager in TalentLine

TalentLine is a recruitment and administrative business support company. We help companies find strong specialists and build effective internal processes. In connection with the development of the team, we are looking for a Recruiter / HR-manager.

Responsibilities:

• full cycle of personnel selection (from the application to the exit of the candidate);

• search and selection of candidates through various channels;

• conducting telephone and online interviews;

• interaction with customers, clarification of job requirements;

• support of candidates at all stages of selection;

• maintenance of the candidate database and reporting.

Requirements:

• experience in personnel selection will be an advantage (possible consideration without experience with training);

• competent oral and written communication;

• responsibility, organization, ability to work with deadlines;

• confident use of PC and online tools;

• interest in development in the HR sphere.
