Responsibilities:
full cycle of personnel selection (from the application to the exit of the candidate);
search and selection of candidates through various channels;
conducting telephone and online interviews;
interaction with customers, clarification of job requirements;
support of candidates at all stages of selection;
maintenance of the candidate database and reporting.
Requirements:
experience in personnel selection will be an advantage (possible consideration without experience with training);
competent oral and written communication;
responsibility, organization, ability to work with deadlines;
confident use of PC and online tools;
interest in development in the HR sphere.
