Deputy of the Regional HRD in Silpo

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Team management, building and coordinating the work of subordinates
• Organization of the recruitment process in stores
• HR-analytics monitoring
• Formation of HR-strategy taking into account seasonality, turnover
• Introduction of mentoring and internal KR systems
• Employer brand building, cooperation with educational institutions
• Participation in the automation of HR processes

For work you will need:

• Experience in managing HR processes from 3 years
• Strategic personnel management
• Management of the full cycle of HR processes
• Formation of the HR team (selection, development, delegation)
• Financial literacy (budgeting of HR processes)
• Experience in retail will be a big advantage
• High level of energy, inclusion, initiative
