Deputy manager of a supermarket (SevGOK) in Varus

We need deputies:

1. shop for baking bakery products and cooking

2. meat processing plant and fish department

Responsibilities:

• Production documentation maintenance

• Organization of technological processes in production, ordering raw materials, control of residues, storage periods

• Organization and planning of the work of production employees

• Control of all production processes

• Inventory management, control of write-offs

• Product quality control in the showcase: compliance of the preparation technology with technological maps and HACCP requirements, compliance of the products in the showcase with established standards, compliance with expiration dates and absence of expired goods in the window;

• Control of turnover, income, profitability of production and markup

Requirements:

• High/medium education

• Retail experience preferred

Requirements:

• Official employment according to the Labor Code (24 calendar days of paid vacation; paid sick leave)

• Income 26,000 UAH (job salary 18,200 UAH + 7,800 UAH bonus based on work results, on average).

• Schedule: 5/2, without night shifts, trial period 1 month
